ABP is on a journey to modernise its operations, increase productivity, improve customer services, this will include updating out Agents online platform. You will be kept informed as the project progresses.
ABP chose to collaborate with technology developer Wärtsilä Voyage on this project, which will ultimately help us modernise our operations and simplify our processes. Southampton will be the first of ABP’s ports to work on the project, integrating Wärtsilä’s Vessel Traffic Services system and Port Management Information System. This work will take place over several months and VTS is expected to go live in August 2023 and the new Agents Portal is expected to be ready towards the end of 2023.
