ABP Agents Interface - Terms and Conditions of Use
Agents (users) are required to register with the ABP Agents
Interface Administrator (AAIA) before access is granted.
If the request is approved, the user will be provided with a logon account for
the sole use of the registered user.
On registering for access the user accepts the "terms and conditions of use".

Users must ensure that they keep their password secure and not disclose it to
others. If the user suspects that their password or account has been
compromised they must inform the AAIA immediately.

Users must inform the AAIA if they leave the employment of the company that
they have registered under. An account cannot be transferred to a colleague,
all users are required to register themselves separately.

Users must ensure that any data entered by them into the ABP Agents Interface
("Data") is entered as accurately as possible. ABP cannot be held responsible
for errors or omissions made by Users.

Users warrant that (i) they are authorised by ABP to access the ABP Agents
Interface; (ii) they are authorised by the owners or charterers of the relevant
vessel to enter Data into the ABP Agents Interface; and (iii) they will, at all
times, use their best endeavours to ensure that all Data is correct and
complete.

Users irrevocably and unconditionally agree to indemnify ABP in full and on
demand and hold harmless and keep ABP so indemnified from and against all
claims, demands, actions, proceedings and all damages, losses, costs and
expenses and all economic loss whether direct or indirect which are made or
brought against or incurred or suffered by ABP, its officers, employees,
representatives, agents or subcontractors directly or indirectly and whether
wholly or in part resulting from the matters listed below:-

any act or omission of the User in connection with access to or use of the ABP
Agents Interface including, without limitation, inputting any incorrect Data
into the ABP Agents Interface;

any breach by the User of any of its obligations under these Terms and
Conditions.

Users must not attempt to compromise the site or to login using an account not
provided by them.

Users must report any faults or errors found in the system to the AAIA
immediately. · ABP makes no representation, warranty or assurance about the
relevance, completeness or accuracy of the Data, in whatever format, entered
into the ABP Agents Interface by or on behalf of Users. As such, Users shall be
solely responsible for ensuring the relevance, completeness and accuracy of the
Data at all times.

ABP excludes all implied representations, warranties and conditions in relation
to the Data to the maximum extent permitted by law and accepts no liability to
Users, or to any third party that accesses or relies on the Data, for any
damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection to the Data.

ABP reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of use for this
site at any time and without prior notice. · These Terms and Conditions and any
dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be construed in
accordance with any governed by the laws of England and in the event of any
dispute or claim the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Failure to follow the Terms and Conditions of use will result in suspension
and/or removal of access to the ABP Agents Interface.
